Appealed, explained that I’ve been coming here since before this came in and was told I breached the contract even though I used a bay designated for my situation. After spending several of hundred here on this particular visit to then have to pay a £150 to park with no remorse is shocking, especially when all the signs was thick with dirt and only cleaned in the pictures they have taken once I appealed. Appalling customer service.
